GNG - Does not except returns,refunds or exchanges for change of mind,incorrect size, colour,style or personal preference.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect when received ,please contact GNG asap, after discovering the issue & provide your details & photographs showing the problem.

GNG reserves the right to inspect OR assess the item before determining the appropirate remedy.

Items damaged through wear,misuse,improper care or damge occuring after delivery are not considered manufacturing faults.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
